I just had my third visit to this dental practice for cleaning by the hygienist. I recommend everyone there - they are all professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

I've only got positive things to say about Shefali and the team at Londent. I decided to go with them for my Invisalign treatment and couldn't be happier with how it all went and the results. From start to finish they clearly explained the process, addressed any questions that I had and always went the extra mile. I would absolutely recommend them.

I’ve been going to Londent since I moved to London and still see Shefali even since we moved out the area. Recently I completed a course of Invisalign with then and am so pleased with the results! The whole process was explained thoroughly and I understood what it would entail during and after the treatment. Highly recommend Londent and the team if you’re looking for a dentist!

Dr Shefali Sood and Invisalign worked wonders on my teeth - I was always very self conscious of them in the past but love my smile now. Highly recommend Londent Oral Care - it's a lovely calming and clean space, very efficiently run with no wait times, sweet and friendly reception staff. Shefali and her dental team were really lovely also, always very patient, professional and thorough.

Highly recommend Londent - it has the personal and friendly feeling of a small town practice, which is a rare vibe for London. Dr Sian Li is the best dentist I’ve ever been too - I have a lot of anxiety about the dentist and she is so calming and reassuring throughout all treatments.

I've been going to Londent for at least 10 years and never had a bad experience. They have added a hygienist to the team and she is superb! Precise, explaining why and what she's doing - with minimum fuss. Best clean i've ever had anyhow.

Londent are the real deal. I hadn't been to a dentist for years - mainly because I couldn't find someone I trust in the wild west that is dental care in the UK.But these guys are awesome. Super friendly and helpful on the phone. The lovely receptionist remembers me every time I go in. Calming and clean environment. And Shefali is the best dentist I've ever had - knowledgeable, helpful, reassuring, never rushed. You feel like you're in totally safe hands.Well done everyone and thank you! 💚

Upon arrival in London a temporary cap fell out…Per chance I saw this office and to my delight was given an immediate appointment to reset the temporary cap…It was done very professionally and feels fine…I know my US dentist will be pleased that the tooth was well protected during my one month vacation…Thak You so much Londent🙏🏻

Truly the best dental team in London! I am extremely dental phobic having had years of bad treatment and experiences. However, this year I had to have quite a bit of work following an accident. Dr Shefali was kind and caring throughout the whole process, taking time (even on days off) to explain my treatment options and check on my well-being. The standard of work is outstanding - a pain free root canal carried out by Dr Suraj and crown replacement by Dr Shefali. The clinic is a calm, welcoming environment with a friendly reception team to put you at ease. After years of hiding my smile, it has been transformed. I cannot recommend Londent enough, thank you for taking such great care of me.

I attended Londent for a check up and clean after not having been to a dentist for a number of years. The staff were friendly and Dr. Shefali was very professional in her approach and manner. She made the whole process a painless experience and was able to set out her advice in a clear manner and provided me with some helpful tips. I booked an 80 pound emergency appointment to get my crown reattached. Doctor was very agitated by anything and everything she seemed stressed and impatient and it was a very uncomfortable experience. The whole thing took 10 mins for an appointment that was scheduled to be half an hour. It just felt like she didn't care and just wanted to rush through the appointment. I paid 200 pounds into total. Considering the cost of the service I expected a higher level of care and professionalism from the clinic. I'm very disappointed by the treatment of patients.

I have recently completed a course of Invisalign at Londent and I am very happy with the end results.Throughout the treatment I was primarily looked after by Dr Shefali Sood and Millie both of whom were fantastic, however, all staff were great to deal with. Marion in reception is great.The information received as to what work was being carried out and why it was being carried out was always clear and I liked the fact I could see what results we were trying to achieve at the start of each set of braces.Happy to recommend Londent who's treatment was excellent from start to finish.

I have tried many a dentist in my lifetime, it used to always be a chore and something I would fear and ultimately put off… HOWEVER…When I was recommended Londent my fears were immediately put to bed.I have been a patient of Dr Shefali and her team for a few years and they are incredibly personable, knowledgeable and professional. When walking through the door at Londent you are immediately made to feel comfortable with a warm greeting from Marian or Millie and then been shown into your treatment room by Dr Shefali or her team.I have had various treatments with Londent from routine check ups, hygienist appointments, fillings, whitening and have recently had Invisalign treatment there- where they treated me with great care throughout and really catered to my needs.Since having my Invisalign treatment I have now gained the confidence to smile again at my wedding later this year!Thanks Dr Shefali, Millie and Marian for everything you have done and I fully recommend patients using Londent

I visited Londent and had an initial consultation with Dr Panayiotis Kaimakamis (Periodontist). What an absolute dream he was from start to finish. I was quite anxious regarding some rather complex periodontal surgery I needed ASAP and his customer care, subject matter expertise and surgical skills in my humble opinion remain unmatched. Dr Shefali Sood and her team absolutely transformed my teeth through Invisalign. She was incredibly approachable, always had time for me, was very accommodating when work pressures would make scheduling appointments more challenging and has been the most positive experience I have had at the dentist. I never expected my smile to look this good and cannot recommend this practice or getting Invisalign here enough - it has definitely changed my life.Thank you Dr Sood!
